Technical Support
The Emporia State Help Desk is able to assist you with a variety of technical questions via phone, email or online chat.
When you enroll in an ESU online program, you can get started by setting up an account by visiting Hornet 365, which allows you to access your ESU email address, use our learning management system (Canvas) and gain access to other online tools and services.
You can report IT-related problems to the Help Desk in a number of ways: Call 620-341-5555; email [email protected]; submit an online ticket; or chat live.
Library
ESU online students have access to the vast resources within the William Allen White Library, which fosters an intellectually open environment and aspires to cultivate a community of learners and scholars able to adapt and lead.
You must have a Hornet Login username and password to create an online account.
